Hello, I’m Evan. I work with adults who have experienced trauma or difficult childhoods and struggle to make meaningful changes in our lives. Often we feel haunted by the past or stuck worried about the future which can make right now difficult. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working in New Hampshire since 2013. I will work collaboratively with you to find ways to improve your life and get more out of your unique identity. I can help you work on decreasing the volume of your inner critic and trying to be perfect instead of good enough. I can also help you navigate the difficulties that can arise, holding us back in life, causing us to feel stuck.
I am trained to look at the root and source of issues which can sometimes bring us back to the very earliest years of our lives when these patterns often start in life. Often we have many different parts of ourselves that make us feel frustrated and stuck. I will work to help you bring self compassion and awareness to the various ways our mind work so that you can get more out of life. If you think that you would like to work together please reach out. I look forward to working with you.
I have extensive training and experience with childhood trauma, childhood neglect, adult trauma including intimate partner violence, clients who experience OCD traits or behaviors, and clients who have experienced religious trauma or faith collapse. I also work with people who have polyamorous or kink relationships and approach all relationships and lifestyles from a nonjudgmental perspective. I work as an individual therapist to help clients learn how to better navigate difficult relationships and families.
