I am a licensed social worker with 15 years of experience who enjoys supporting individuals in sharing their story and realizing their own worth and internal strength. I believe that many times we develop patterns and habits from both past and present experiences that are often the very things that hold us back from leading the life we seek.

I believe that a compassionate and nonbiased space is vital to an individual’s ability to share their truth and be able to identify the changes that they would like to see. I work with clients to meet their goals through a mixture of evidence-based practices, balanced with addressing the individual as a whole; recognizing that our minds are not separate from our bodies.
