I am Alyshia Kelleher, a Licensed Clinician Mental Health Counselor with experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families reaching mental health wellness since 2016. I specialize in anxiety/panic, depression, adjustment disorders, stress, low self-esteem, and trauma. Using a variety of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and aspects of dialectical behavioral therapy, I assist clients to utilize their strengths to manage symptoms. Through creation of goals and learning successful tools, my hope for you is to obtain mental health wellness.
