    I have over 10 years experience working in a variety of settings with all ages. I have experience with teens, adults and elderly individuals and have expertise in personality disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, women’s issues, relational issues, mood disorders and substance use disorders. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, Prolonged Exposure Therapy and EMDR.
